Dating a professor in graduate school inexperienced with dating
Holistic review is an evidence-based practice for identifying talent and increasing diversity.
In this workshop, led by nationally recognized experts Professors Julie Posselt and Casey Miller, participants will learn the research basis for holistic review and practical applications to graduate admissions.
This includes supporting faculty engagement in discussions and workshops on holistic admissions practices, diversity recruitment practices, establishing more inclusive research and learning environments, and developing greater understanding of the experiences and identities represented in the graduate population.
